After gaining access to Emium's data environments, Protego discovered import issues with beginning balances that affected crucial balance sheet accounts and distorted year-to-date financial results. Once resolved, Protego focused on addressing technical issues and providing training on Return Material Authorizations, Warranty Credits, and other inventory module-related matters.
